I've had to move the release date of Supernatural on CD in shops to the 19th May, but you can pre-order it through Amazon & Play NOW. The CD comes in the gatefold packaging above with a beautifully designed 50-page book documenting the album process, so get a copy for yourself, your grandma, even your cat if you can...
More links...I played a really enjoyable set on Johnnie Walker's BBC Radio 2 show on Sunday - listen again here about 1 hour 20 mins in to hear me perform Supernatural, Candlelit and have a bit of a laugh!
Also, Unlit was on the news last week - if you missed it you can now watch it online here!

So, sorry to everyone who read the earlier messages. The news piece shot for BBC1 at Friday's Unlit was moved unbeknownst to me to Tuesday...something to do with the Mayoral elections....so apparently tomorrow we will be on the telly!
Meanwhile this Thursday May 1st....if you live in the Bristol area, there will be double bill of Unlits in different venues, which we will be filming as an episode in the current series of THE HOUSE WE'RE IN...there are some great musicians coming to play and all as usual are welcome....info will be up on my myspace and website from Wednesday....but keep it free if you live nearby and come on down for our last out of town Unlit for a while...
And finally....get your tickets quick for The Purcell Room! My June 1st album launch gig looks like it might sell out so grab a ticket while you can from www.wegottickets.com .....would hate you to miss it!

Here it is folks! Having got 80 000 views of last weeks episode, Episode two of THE HOUSE WE'RE IN has now been posted on youtube, my myspace site and my website. Last weeks episode introduced you to the concept of the tour and recapped what we did out in the 'States in 2006. This weeks is the first proper show and sees us doing Unlit in Oxford meeting local Band Stornoway and self effacing songwriter Ben Walker, with a great crowd who were even happy to become a human drum
machine for the last song...you'll see what I mean...they did a good job too.
Other news is that "Candlelit", the single that is coming out on April 21st has been getting good play on 6music and Johnnie Walker's show on Radio Two. You can now pre-order "Candlelit" at indiestore.com, and for your money you will get two previously unreleased tracks completely free ("City Of The Sun" and "Mosque"). Buy one for your mum! for your girlfriend! go crazy! lets get Jont in the top...100?
The new performance of the week is taken from the Unlit at Geraldine Bailey's house in Finsbury Park, on Saturday evening I will be playing live on Radio 4's "Loose Ends" programme..and two important dates for the diary are:
1)NEXT UNLIT : FRIDAY APRIL 25TH (BERMONDSEY...address to follow)
2)MY BIG LONDON GIG: SUNDAY JUNE 1ST THE PURCELL ROOM, SOUTH BANK CENTRE.(tickets available soon from wegottickets.com, keep an eye out here ). This is the big one for me, an honour to be playing in this exquisite venue and it will mean the world to me if we can sell it out and have all the new and old supporters of my music there for one night....so do put it in your diary and come down if you can.

there are loads of vids of me playing on the video page, you can listen to the whole of the album on the music player at the mo, there will be a different free unreleased track of mine available for download each week, and also a new performance of mine from the current Unlit tour up each week in the video section.
